A combination of gum disease and infection led to this gentleman losing his front 4 teeth. Which was replaced by a plastic partial denture.
Hassan and the patient worked on an extensive gum disease treatment plan and got his gums back to health. Once the foundations were stable again, the smile was rebuilt by an all porcelain bridge.
A fixed aesthetic solution which the patient is delighted with.
